As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

This year I have a craving for Pumpkin Spice for some reason. I’ve avoided it for years, but this year I can’t get enough of it. The PS IQBars are my favorites, hands down. Great PS flavor, and the IQBar benefits I have come to love. I take a GLP-1 for diabetes, and the IQBar recipe of protein, fiber, and only 1g sugar works perfectly with my dietary needs. IQBars are the best.
