As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

I have always liked citrus dessert and when i tried this lemon and blueberry flavored bar, it didn’t feel like you are eating a protein bar. It felt like you are eating some dessert and the texture is so soft it just melt in your mouth.
