These IQ Bars have become my crutches as I heal a long standing gut issue. They have been instrumental in keeping me fueled and enjoying a sometimes difficult process. The gingerbread and pumpkin are my favorites, but maybe because they are seasonal and therefore more precious for their scarcity. But the Chocolate Sea Salt, the Mint and the Peanut Butter are always in my cupboard. I've even given one away in a pinch, (hate to run low), only to have friends rave at the discovery. Delicious, healthy, helpful and not ridiculously expensive for all they give in return. Can't recommend them highly enough!
