He said, “they are perfect!” Perfect carb protein ratio, no junk, low sodium, perfect amount of calories, great brain nutrients, great addition of Lions Mane, all great! If you put these in the microwave for about 7 seconds, they get a little warm and the choclate drops get soft. It is delicious !
