The findings
Results are in: IQBAR barely moved blood sugar.
Average maximum glucose increase above baseline
Most snacks generate a spike followed by a crash (a.k.a. "3pm slump"). Not IQBAR! Our flatter curve delivers sustained energy.
The potato chips shown are a reference point drawn from published glucose data, not a head to head test. Potato chips were not tested against IQBAR in this analysis. Individual responses vary.
Clean Protein Bars
All IQBAR products are Clean Label Certified, meaning the Clean Label Project independently tested everything we make for heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, and other environmental contaminants - we pass with flying colors!

Love these bars!
The high protein and low sugar combo is ideal. These are my new go-to bars and I give one to all my friends and family! I love the Blueberry Lemon and my husband loves the Peanut Butter Banana. Highly recommend!

Excellent
As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

New fave bar
Since going keto I've been looking for a healthy good-tasting bar that isn't loaded with sugar and carbs. I tried an IQbar at a local market and was impressed enough to look them up online and order a variety box.

Absolutely delicious! I truly am a chocolate lover, so I was excited to try this pack and the variety keeps it interesting so you are not having the same flavor all the time and they are all good on their own! Will definitely purchase again.

Not crazy about the Almond Butter bars but the others are great. My online order came quickly and exactly as it was ordered.
