Excellent Bar
Decent amount of protein at 12 grams and low sugar at 1 gram. The only disappointment is the 12 grams of total fat and 3 grams of saturated fat contained in the bar. Wish they could bring that down more but they probably tried and it sacrifices good taste.

This is another delicious, healthy bar from IO! I’ve had several different ones and they all were tasty. My only suggestion would be to ship them differently. It took several weeks to arrive. I thought the box might have gotten lost!
