These are my go-to for more carb, delicious, protein packed goodness. I just wish they were also available at my local store. Spread the word, these have NO ERYTHRITOL- which is a big deal as that stud is horrid and in all the other low-carb bars. Keep em coming!

In the universe of protein bars, the IQ bar is one of my favorites. I’m ultra an low-carb person. Often ketogenic diet. In pulse formation. The flavor of these bars is great. The net carbs are low. I wish they could be near Zero, but that’s often ruined with sugar alcohols in other bar brands . So I stick with IQ bar because the flavor is great and the nutritional profile is very good.
