As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

Since going keto I've been looking for a healthy good-tasting bar that isn't loaded with sugar and carbs. I tried an IQbar at a local market and was impressed enough to look them up online and order a variety box.

This variety is my favorite - I use them as a meal replacement occasionally or a significant snack . The reviews from Yuka rate them well for protein, fiber, some fruits/vegs, low sugar, low sodium. A bit too caloric, and 3 g saturated fat. These are one of the best rated bars of this type that I have tried. Definitely a recommend.

Love these bars, the nutrition values are wonderful, the taste is as well.
What I am most impressed about is the advanced email I received about my upcoming order that would be shipped out soon, asking if I wanted to make any changes. I was able to make the change quickly.
I wish more companies sent out early shipment notifications for desired updates.
