Holy cow--so much better than I anticipated. It was love at first bite! Delicious: not too sweet, a bit crunchy, satisfying. A perfect quick breakfast or lunch, and (even better) something I can feel good about eating. I plan to try all the flavors!

I was excited to see the salted chocolate chip caramel bars come onto the IQ bar website. They are so so good for anyone like salted caramel. They came quickly in the mail. I just wish I could find them at my local store. I also got free IQ hydration sticks That I have not been able to find it any store. I like the flavors of those.
