I have been a fan of these IQ bars for a long while. I have several food issues and these are one of the few that meet all my requirements plus taste good. To be fair, I have been eating very little to no sugar and sugary foods for years so my taste buds are accustomed to lightly sweet things. It may take time to adjust if you are new to clean eating. But I have tried so many bars and these are hands down my favorite brand. This new flavor is a wonderful addition. My other new fav is the Salted Caramel. Both def worth a try!
