It has such a good assortment for such a great price!

I tried the Matcha Chai Bar and it was a perfect blend of both the matcha and chai flavors. Something a little crunchy, too (walnuts, perhaps?) I enjoyed it! I also tried that Toasted Hazelnut coffee, added a little milk and I found it to taste of a nice cup of bistro coffee. Then I went on to the Raspberry Lemonade, it hinted of the right flavor, however, I could taste the electrolytes and I'm not a fan of the mouth feel of that.

I started eating the bars as part of a low-carb diet, and wanted to try the other lines (Mix and Joe), plus a few different flavors of the bars and this was an ideal way to do that. Honestly, I had heard that mushroom coffee was like drinking dirt, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the flavor that I've ordered more. Likewise, the MIX flavors aren't too sweet and don't have the chemical aftertaste that many other hydration sticks do.

It was good to get a sample of other options IQ has available. We didn't care for many of the other par options than the Chocolate Sea salt and the chocolate mint. Should have waiting to buy the Banana and Pumpkin bars as they aren't flavors we liked much. It was good to try the drink powders. We will stick to what we currently use. My son did like a couple of the coffee flavors...but probably not worth ordering online for just those two things...we'll see.

FAQ
What are IQBAR plant protein bars?
IQBAR plant protein bars are 45 gram bars formulated meticulously with nutrient-dense, clean-label ingredients that fuel the brain and body. Each bar contains 5 functional nutrients, 12g plant protein, 1-2g sugar, and 2-3g net carbohydrates.
What makes IQBAR bars different from other functional bars?
The vast majority of functional bars fit into one of three categories. They provide "energy" (in the form of crash-inducing sugar and carbs), they're high in protein (usually in the form of animal protein), or they comply with a particular diet (such as veganism). IQBARs improve on all three of these value propositions, combine them in one offering, and layer on an additional benefit of brain nutrition. Our bars promote crash-free energy, with next-to-no sugar or carbs. They are high in plant-based, complete protein that is digestion-friendly. They comply with virtually every diet under the sun. And, they are packed with a functional nutrient mix no other bar has.
What are IQMIX hydration mixes?
IQMIX hydration mixes are 8 gram stick packs formulated meticulously with electrolytes and functional nutrients. Each stick contains electrolytes, Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate, and 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane Extract. Zero sugar and just 3g total carbohydrates!
What makes IQMIX different than other hydration mixes?
Let's be honest - there are tons of hydration mixes out there. However, with IQMIX hydration mixes we've combined the best attributes of competing products (like 3X the electrolytes of sports drinks + 0g sugar + great taste + affordability) and layered on a unique blend of functional nutrients (Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate + 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane Extract). No other product on the market offers this dynamic combination!
What are IQJOE instant coffees?
IQJOE instant coffees are 8 gram stick packs formulated meticulously with Brazilian coffee, natural caffeine, Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate, 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane Extract and zero sugar!
What makes IQJOE different than other coffees?

However, with IQJOE instant coffees we've combined the highest quality coffee with a uniquely functional blend of functional nutrients (Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate + 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane Extract).
