Lover of fiber/protein bars❤️
So I read labels on most everything, including bars. What I look for is how much fiber (so important for our bodies) and protein (keeping me full) are in what I end up buying. I also can’t have the alcohol (ethanol?) sugars that make things sweeter so I’m a tough sell. The IQ Bars are satisfying and filling! They are my go-to bar now. Excellent ⭐️
