Thank you for offering the IQ Bars and IQMix drinks.
You can tell from my profile that I have been a consistent customer for some time.
Let me tell you why:
I am about 120 pounds overweight. I am on a high protein low carb diet. The IQ bars are the best and best for the price that I have found, and I have looked in detail at many. The main reason I chose IQ Is that you use Stevia as the sweetener. Never change that. All other sugar alternatives are terrible, especially wanting to get away from sucralose-the cheap route that most companies take.
The same goes for the IQMix drink sticks. No crap in them. Just good ingredients-especially using Stevia for the sweetener. Again, never change this. You all nailed the taste and sweetness using Stevia. Way to go!
I found out in April that I had stage 2 non-alcoholic fatty liver disease due to drinking aspartame in diet drinks for 3 years. I drank a lot of diet soda.
Once I found this out I of course immediately stopped drinking aspartame, and restarted a keto diet that I had given up, which made the IQBars and IQMix drinks now even more a necessity. I don’t really drink the IQMix drinks for the hydration aspect, although they are great after working out. They are my go to sweet drink, replacing the diet drinks I used to drink, again, chosen because of the Stevia.

I have already used the peach mango flavor which I think is great. So, I'm not surprised that the blueberry pomegranate also has a great taste. I use the electrolytes to help prevent muscle cramps that I get while sleeping.
