We offer free shipping on all US orders. If you order a 7 Bar Sampler on its own, it will be sent as a "flat mailer" without tracking. These orders typically arrive in 7-10 days. Because our protein bars and hydration mixes food products, we cannot accept returns of opened containers and/or containers with fewer than the number of units listed on outer packaging. If you're truly unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please reach out at info@eatiqbar.com and we'll work with you to find a solution!

While we do not issue refunds based on personal preference (we highly recommend you start with our bar and mix sampler products if you’re new to our products), please reach out to our team at info@eatiqbar.com if your order is damaged or defective in some way - we'll make it right!
