    Love these bars!

    The high protein and low sugar combo is ideal. These are my new go-to bars and I give one to all my friends and family! We're in Savannah, GA and they don't melt in a lunchbox - bonus! I love the Blueberry Lemon and my husband loves the Peanut Butter Banana. Highly recommend!

    Works for me

    I have been experiencing the Somogyi effect for a couple of years and have not been able to put together the right combination for a bedtime snack to even it out. A couple of months ago, I tried 1/2 of a fruit bar about 1/2 hour before bed, and my blood glucose stayed even all night. That has been my bedtime snack ever since. To be clear, it has not reduced my blood glucose overall, but it has stopped that middle-of-the-night drop and spike, which is one step in the right direction.
